NCEA L1 Integrated Mathematics
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr R. Hill.
MAI - designed to support students in gaining numeracy at level one. The course is composed of three to four internal assessments and no externals. In conjunction with the internal assessments, we have a specific focus leading into the CAA assessments (national literacy and numeracy assessments).
These assessments are offered twice through the year beginning of term two and the end of term three. For the four weeks leading into these assessments, we will focus specifically on the skills required for these assessments. Numbers are limited to this course.

Achievement standard 91945-Use mathematical methods to explore problems that relate to life in Aotearoa New Zealand or the Pacific

Four-week preparation for CAA assessment.
