Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr P. Kotze.
This NCEA level three (curriculum level 8) Statistics course covers probability concepts and distributions, time series and bivariate data analysis and report evaluation. It provides students with the knowledge to pursue Statistics at the university level.

Recommended Prior Learning
Students must have achieved AS91267 (2.12) - Probability and at least 5 other credits in level two Statistics to be considered for this course. In the event that the course is oversubscribed students will be ranked based on their results.

A textbook will be issued to the student for the year. It is the student's responsibility and must be returned in good condition at the end of the year.

Students are to bring all equipment to every lesson.
