It is important that reimbursements/payments which have receipts have already got a Purchase Order Number (PO). If you do not have a PO, see your line manager who will enter it in ApprovalMax.

You will need to scan the receipt and upload it on this page.

If you have a PO, use that where it asks for Enter your learning area/activity to be charged.

If you are requesting expenses back from PLD (e.g. receipts and mileage), for the moment give the name of the PLD. E.g. for the Haerenga, write Haerenga as the title.

As a guide to repayment, reimbursements for POs and Mileage are put through every Wednesday following final approval.

If the claim is for overnight stays during EoTC as part of the collective agreement, reference the trip as the title. The overnight stay payment is made to your pay and will appear on the next payday after final approval.
