Course Description
Digital technologies impact on every aspect of our lives and are vitally important to New Zealand’s growth in the 21st century. In this course students will develop skills enabling them to participate in this rapidly developing and exciting field.
This course will focus on learning skills, theory and concepts in Digital Media and Information Management. These skills will help prepare students for NCEA for Year 11. The topics we will focus on include
- desktop publishing,
- web development skills using HTML/CSS,
- robotics
- programming with Python
